Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized welcome to all spa guests at the Dior Spa, ensuring service quality that reflects the Maison’s standards.
- Learn and progressively develop in-depth knowledge of the Maison’s treatments, products and spa rituals to provide informed recommendations.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and retail products, suggest complementary services with elegance and discretion, and support commercial objectives.
- Manage bookings and front-desk tasks using Spa Booker and Opéra Cloud while maintaining accurate guest records and appointment flow.
- Listen to guests’ expectations, resolve basic enquiries or escalate appropriately, and contribute to a calm, restorative spa environment.
- Collaborate closely with spa therapists, F&B and concierge teams to guarantee a seamless guest journey and high standards of presentation.
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP or BTS in aesthetics/cosmetology or hospitality management (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and HACCP rules.
- Familiarity with luxury hotel or spa operations recommended.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Third language proficiency appreciated: Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese.
- Proven aptitude for guest service, sales and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to use Pack Office, Spa Booker and Opéra Cloud.
