Role & Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repair and troubleshooting across multi-technical systems including electrical, plumbing and HVAC to ensure uninterrupted guest and team experience.
- Respond to reported non-conformities, emergency breakdowns and urgent technical requests with appropriate safety procedures and escalation where required.
- Conduct technical rounds and preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support renovation works, installation and technical set-up for events and bespoke requests, collaborating closely with other hotel departments.
- Log and follow up interventions using the property's intervention-tracking tools; ensure clear internal communication and handover with relevant teams.
- Participate in technical trainings and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance procedures and safety practices.
Qualifications
- Vocational or technical training in building maintenance, electrotechnics, HVAC or an equivalent program appropriate for an apprenticeship.
- Basic technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing and heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC).
- Awareness of health, safety and regulatory standards applicable to hotel engineering works.
- Ability to diagnose faults and propose practical repair or mitigation options.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail and a methodical approach to maintenance records.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a guest-focused environment.

Entry-level / beginner. Suitable for candidates at the start of their technical career; no prior professional experience required beyond vocational training.
Education
Vocational diploma or technical training in maintenance, building services, electrotechnics or equivalent (apprenticeship contract).
