Cheval Blanc Paris seeks an Apprentice Cook for Le Tout Paris restaurant — apprenticeship in Paris with LVMH's Cheval Blanc.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie with preparation, mise en place and execution of dishes for the French restaurant Le Tout Paris.
- Perform preliminary food preparation tasks such as peeling, cutting and washing ingredients and receive deliveries.
- Support the confection and assembly of dishes, following recipes and Chef instructions to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
- Participate in plating and service support to guarantee a refined, house-standard presentation of each dish.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the workstation, kitchen areas and equipment, complying with hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP or BP in culinary arts (or equivalent vocational qualification).
- Previous experience in a similar hotel or high-end restaurant kitchen required or strongly preferred.
- Sound knowledge of basic culinary techniques, recipes and ingredient handling.
- Professional presentation, discipline, autonomy and a strong desire to learn and progress within a brigade.

Experience
Previous experience in a comparable hotel or fine-dining restaurant kitchen is required; experience working under a Chef de Partie and within a brigade structure is expected.
Education
CAP, BEP or BP in Culinary Arts (or equivalent vocational diploma).

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
