Cheval Blanc Paris seeks Apprentice Chef for Le Tout-Paris Michelin-starred brasserie. Full-time apprenticeship under Chef Arnaud Donckele.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Section in the preparation and execution of dishes across the kitchen brigade
- Perform preliminary mise-en-place tasks including peeling, cutting, washing, and product reception
- Support the confection and elaboration of dishes while adhering to established techniques and instructions
- Participate in plating, dish distribution, and ensure meticulous presentation in compliance with plating standards
- Maintain a clean and functional workstation, kitchen facilities, and all equipment according to Maison standards
- Contribute to the overall exceptional guest experience through disciplined execution and attention to detail
Qualifications
- CAP, BEP, or BP in Culinary Arts
- Prior experience in an equivalent fine dining establishment
- Solid understanding of culinary techniques, recipes, and ingredient properties
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy and continuous skill development
Skills
Experience
Beginner level with prior experience in an equivalent fine dining establishment required. Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge of culinary techniques and a commitment to developing expertise in contemporary French gastronomy.
Education
CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle), BEP (Brevet d'Études Professionnelles), or BP (Brevet Professionnel) in Culinary Arts required.
