Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Commis de Salle (Server Apprentice) internship in luxury 5-star dining; full-time, on-site role with accommodation and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Commis de Salle colleagues and Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellence in service to guests
- Maintain and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards across all service areas
- Prepare and organize service stations with meticulous attention to setup procedures and presentation standards
- Ensure consistent supply of point-of-sale items throughout service to maintain seamless operations
- Execute proper cleaning and mise en place according to established Maison protocols
- Support table service with precision and attention to guest satisfaction and detail
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, BAC PRO, or Licence in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards and protocols
- Competency in classical and contemporary table service techniques
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments preferred

Beginner or entry-level preferred; any prior experience in a comparable luxury hospitality or fine dining environment is advantageous. No specific years of experience required.

BEP, CAP, BAC PRO, or Licence in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Restaurant Management
