Airport Ambassadeur – Cheval Blanc Seychelles. Provide bespoke arrival/departure experiences for luxury hotel guests at Seychelles International Airport.
Role & Responsibilities
- Extend warm and personalized welcomes and farewells for Cheval Blanc guests upon arrival and departure at Seychelles International Airport
- Assist guests with airport requirements, airline procedures, and ground transportation in alignment with Cheval Blanc service standards
- Liaise professionally with airport authorities, airline representatives, and ground staff to facilitate smooth guest transitions
- Provide multilingual support and cultural sensitivity to international clientele
- Maintain exemplary presentation and composure in all guest interactions
- Ensure seamless coordination between airport services and the Maison's front-of-house operations
Qualifications
- Hotel school diploma or equivalent hospitality education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in airport hospitality, concierge, or guest services roles
- Fluency in English (verbal, written, reading, and listening)
- Proficiency in at least one additional language, preferably languages spoken by Cheval Blanc's international guests
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible and irregular hours
- Professional demeanor and polished appearance standards

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an airport attendant, concierge, or guest services professional in a luxury hospitality setting or equivalent environment. Direct experience working with airport authorities, airline partners, and VIP clientele is essential.
