Role & Responsibilities
- Create and launch subcontractor purchase orders in SAP and execute SAP operations upon order receipt.
- Generate manufacturing orders originating from development using SAP and NEO FUGU.
- Manage orders and inventory of stones and metals through SAP, ensuring traceability and stock accuracy.
- Control and organise incoming and outgoing material flows in the atelier to guarantee operational continuity.
- Monitor worker hours in NEO FUGU and analyse productivity metrics to support performance management.
- Classify and maintain product dossiers and workshop documentation.
- Support metal management activities: record entries/exits, assist with weighings, maintain control and police registers, and support titration analyses while applying established control rules.
- Assist in allocation of metals, castings and fittings to jewellers and coordinate atelier supply replenishment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's level (Bac+3) in engineering, business or equivalent university degree with a focus on logistics.
- Good level of English.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and Excel; hands-on experience with SAP and NEO FUGU is highly valued.
- Rigorous, methodical, proactive, dynamic and responsive work approach.
- Genuine interest in the jewellery sector; a prior internship or experience in luxury is desirable.
- Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
