Training Assistant, Europe – Chaumet Paris. Join the iconic jewelry maison's European training team on a work-study contract from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Adapt and deploy Chaumet training programmes across European markets (France, Spain, UK) in close partnership with retail, wholesale, and marketing teams to drive business outcomes
- Develop bespoke training content and programmes—including flash trainings and digital e-learning modules on the ENLIGHT platform—addressing regional priorities and supporting sales force capability development
- Serve as integration lead for new hires across European retail, wholesale, and headquarters operations, monitoring progress on the e-learning platform and coordinating integration seminars
- Design and execute dedicated training programmes for premium wholesale partners, including flash trainings and Ambassador Club preparation, aligned with market-specific business objectives and sell-out targets
- Track and report on training activity and ROI for the European zone, maintaining rigorous analytics on the online learning platform and driving continuous programme improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or Business from a recognized university or grande école
- Prior internship or work-study experience in the luxury sector (hospitality, services, maisons, or equivalent)
- Strong demonstrated interest in high jewelry and watchmaking
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural ability to speak publicly and engage groups
- Proven organisational rigour and project management capability
- Proactive, dynamic mindset with strong problem-solving orientation
- Proficiency with digital tools including video editing, Photoshop, Canva, or comparable creative software

Entry-level; prior internship or apprenticeship in luxury retail, hospitality, or services sector preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university or business school
