Role & Responsibilities

  • Calculate, project, and communicate production needs to industrial teams.
  • Monitor budgetary allocations related to stock purchase projections.
  • Project, monitor, and communicate global stock quality to various markets.
  • Define stock policy and set associated targets, including safety stock and warehouse targets.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Distribution teams to determine launch quantities for new products.
  • Prioritize stock availability and representational needs in collaboration with various departments.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of tools and processes in Anaplan.
  • Develop interfaces between Anaplan tools in collaboration with Procurement teams.
  • Define or evolve planning KPIs and implement associated PowerBI reports.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing company performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning or supply chain management.

Skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. Experience with Anaplan and Power BI is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. Fluency in English is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in planning or supply chain roles is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
