Chaumet seeks a Sales Executive in Jeddah, KSA to drive boutique sales and VIP client relationships for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador of the Maison by conveying Chaumet’s heritage, craftsmanship and brand narrative to clients at every touchpoint.
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised luxury welcome and guide clients through a consultative selling ceremony that enhances emotional engagement.
- Present and recommend an appropriate selection of high jewellery pieces and provide persuasive storytelling to support purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets; proactively prospect, convert and retain high‑value clients to grow the customer base.
- Develop and maintain an active customer portfolio; create, update and leverage client files to generate repeat business and future opportunities.
- Conduct clienteling activities including invitations to Maison events and tailored VIP appointment preparation.
- Support flawless store operations: adhere to security and cash procedures, participate in stock management and after‑sales processes.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts (windows and internal displays) in collaboration with the VM team to maximise product impact.
- Participate in team meetings, commercial initiatives and performance reviews; report client feedback and assist HQ reporting and analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to improve boutique performance and client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, ideally within luxury retail or the jewellery sector.
- Proven commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in a boutique environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clienteling and relationship‑building capabilities, with empathy and active listening.
- Polished storytelling and presentation skills tailored to high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Business acumen and ability to develop a personal client portfolio and generate future opportunities.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and adherence to luxury service standards and security procedures.
- Willingness to work on‑site in the Jeddah boutique and to participate in events and occasional extended hours for VIP visits.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience, preferably within luxury retail or the high‑jewellery sector, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing VIP client relationships.
Education
Secondary school diploma required; tertiary education in business, luxury retail, marketing or a related discipline preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Jeddah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
