Chaumet seeks Sales Executive in Dubai with 5–6 years luxury retail experience and fluent English/Russian for brand ambassadorship and commercial growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing Chaumet's 240+ year heritage and values of excellence, delivering warm and luxurious client experiences
- Guide clients through the purchasing process with curated product selections and execute compelling sales presentations that surprise and engage
- Develop and maintain an active customer database through client consultations, file creation and updates, and proactive follow-up activities
- Generate new business opportunities by expanding personal customer portfolio and enlarging the reachable client base
- Conduct clienteling activities by inviting clients and prospects to maison-organized events and anticipating VIP visits with tailored product selections
- Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives in alignment with collective team targets
- Participate in store operations including security protocols, cashier procedures, stock management, and performance reporting
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on window displays and internal product presentations
- Provide feedback on customer satisfaction and contribute to performance indicator monitoring and analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years of progressive professional experience in retail or sales, preferably within the luxury jewelry sector
- Fluency in English and Russian (mandatory)
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong passion for the jewelry industry and Chaumet maison
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening ability
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to collective initiatives

Minimum 5–6 years of progressive professional and commercial experience in retail or sales positions, ideally within the luxury jewelry industry. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of sales achievement, customer relationship development, and successful execution of commercial objectives in a high-end retail environment.
