Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities and develop potential clients through strategic selling techniques
- Embody and represent Chaumet brand values and DNA as a brand ambassador
- Deliver compelling storytelling and curated client experiences that convey emotion, cultural significance, and brand heritage
- Execute sophisticated clienteling strategies by following up on sales leads and cultivating enduring client relationships
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards including display excellence, security protocol adherence, inventory management, and stock-take participation
- Collaborate effectively with boutique team members, supporting colleagues in sales and daily operational duties
- Perform front-office after-sales service activities for direct customer engagement
- Communicate proactively with management, offering strategic insights and ideas to enhance daily boutique operations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive greater product awareness amongst customers
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Sales Ambassador or equivalent luxury retail sales role
- Demonstrated track record of success in luxury retail, preferably in high jewelry and timepiece categories
- Proficiency in consultative and solution-oriented selling methodologies
- Strong personal presentation with flair, confidence, and creativity
- Exceptional customer service orientation and passion for client engagement
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
