Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets assigned by the boutique manager through proactive client engagement and closing.
  • Support inventory management by assisting with stock control, receiving and regular physical stock counts.
  • Support daily boutique operations by maintaining store presentation standards, ensuring merchandise and display props meet brand guidelines and executing timely adjustments as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by presenting brand and product knowledge, advising clients on product features and benefits, and ensuring a luxury buying experience.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, actively building a qualified client portfolio and following up on after-sales needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, watches or high jewellery.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client relationships in a boutique environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric attitude.
  • Attention to detail in merchandising, stock control and store presentation.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury jewellery, watches or high-end fashion boutiques, with demonstrated clienteling and target achievement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
