Chaumet seeks a Sales Ambassador in Singapore, reporting to the Boutique Manager and responsible for individual and boutique sales targets, client service, customer relationships and daily boutique operations. The permanent, full-time role also supports boutique events, visual merchandising changes and upkeep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and boutique sales targets, including monthly and yearly targets assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Follow sales and operational processes and requirements in accordance with company policies.
- Represent the brand through strong product and brand knowledge and customer service.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships, working closely with clients on after-sales service issues.
- Support events, activities and visual merchandising changes with the marketing team.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, safety and security.
- Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in the jewellery industry is an advantage.
- Sales- and results-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, a team player, positive-minded, creative and effective.
- High integrity, with sound ethics and values.

Experience
At least 2–5 years of retail operations experience with a successful track record; minimum 3 years required.
