Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager
- Adhere to all sales and operations processes and Company policies
- Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating comprehensive product and brand knowledge with exemplary customer service
- Build long-term client relationships and manage after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support marketing team initiatives, brand events, and visual merchandising displays
- Maintain optimal boutique conditions including cleanliness, safety, and security standards
- Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as delegated by the Boutique Manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience with a proven sales track record
- Jewelry industry experience preferred
- Fluency in English
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail operations experience with a demonstrated track record of sales success. Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods sector is advantageous.
