Chaumet seeks a Sales Ambassador in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting to the Boutique Manager. The role covers individual and boutique sales targets, exceptional client service, client relationship building and daily boutique operations. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Boutique Manager.
- Follow sales and operational processes and requirements in accordance with company policies.
- Represent the brand through strong product and brand knowledge and high-quality customer service.
- Deliver high customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships, including handling after-sales service issues closely with customers.
- Support events, activities and visual merchandising changes with the marketing team.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, safety, security and overall condition.
- Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of retail operations experience with a successful track record in jewellery or high-end luxury retail.
- Sales- and results-oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, a team player, positive-minded, creative and effective.
- High integrity, ethics and values.
