Chaumet seeks a Sales Ambassador in Beijing to drive boutique sales and nurture client relationships at its luxury high‑jewellery boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets as assigned by the Boutique Manager through proactive selling and conversion of walk‑in and appointment clients.
- Deliver exemplary client service, present product features and brand heritage, and manage after‑sales follow up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Support inventory control: assist in stock management, conduct regular stock takes and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual standards: ensure merchandise and display props are arranged according to brand guidelines and perform timely adjustments.
- Develop and maintain client relationships and a structured client database to grow the boutique’s customer portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and cross‑functional teams to support daily operations and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven retail sales experience in luxury jewellery, watches or high‑end accessories.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and manage key client relationships.
- Strong product knowledge of jewellery and/or watches, or a rapid aptitude for learning technical product details.
- Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and a client‑centric approach.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of luxury retail sales experience, preferably within watches and/or jewellery boutiques; track record of meeting sales objectives and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or tertiary education in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Beijing, Beijing, China.
