Chaumet seeks a Sales Advisor for its Rome boutique. Permanent position; luxury jewelry retail experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of Chaumet, sharing the Maison's heritage, values of excellence, and exceptional craftsmanship with all clientele
  • Welcome clients in line with the principles of the Maison's ceremonial approach and deliver the authentic Chaumet experience
  • Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives, contributing to the boutique's sales success
  • Develop and maintain the client database through the creation, consultation, and regular updating of client files
  • Execute targeted customer loyalty initiatives aligned with company events and retail activations
  • Participate in regular team briefings and actively exchange with colleagues on key boutique developments
  • Uphold security guidelines, payment procedures, and stock management protocols
  • Acquire and apply foundational knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, CRM systems, and after-sales service according to Chaumet standards
  • Receive after-sales service clients and manage routine service requests

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the luxury goods and jewelry sector
  • Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable passion for retail and jewelry
  • Genuine interest in jewelry design and the Chaumet brand
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills, with natural empathy and collaborative spirit
  • Integrity and ability to adhere consistently to operational procedures
  • Cultural sensitivity with strong storytelling ability
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Italian
  • English language proficiency (additional languages an asset)
