Chaumet in Rome seeks a Sales Advisor (permanent, full-time) to deliver exceptional client experiences and grow boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the ambassador of the Maison, delivering Chaumet’s service ceremony and cultivating an exceptional in-boutique client experience.
  • Achieve individual and collective sales targets and contribute to the boutique’s commercial performance.
  • Develop and maintain the client database: create, consult and update client files and execute targeted loyalty actions tied to events and activations.
  • Participate in daily boutique operations including briefs, stock management, payment procedures and security guidelines.
  • Support basic after-sales service requests and collaborate on Visual Merchandising, stock and CRM activities to ensure seamless boutique functioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery or watches.
  • Strong commercial spirit with a drive for targets and a passion for luxury retail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy and a collaborative team mindset.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to comply with company procedures and security rules.
  • Fluency in Italian; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Experience
