Chaumet Sales Advisor | London (Harrods/Selfridges/Bond Street) | Full-time Luxury Jewelry Retail Role

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as brand ambassador, sharing Chaumet's 240+ year heritage and culture of excellence with clients through warm, luxurious service
  • Deliver personalized jewelry consultations, guiding clients through the purchasing process and surprising them with relevant product selections
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while actively developing the customer database and building a personal client portfolio
  • Conduct clienteling activities including client invitations to Maison events and VIP client visit preparations
  • Contribute to flawless store operations including security compliance, cashier procedures, and stock management
  • Participate in visual merchandising, window displays, and internal displays in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team
  • Support after-sales services and stock-keeping activities
  • Monitor and report performance indicators and customer feedback to headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional commercial experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in luxury and jewelry retail preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for the jewelry sector and Chaumet's brand values
  • Exceptional listening skills, empathy, and personability
  • Strong business acumen and storytelling abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
