Chaumet Sales Advisor, London 6-month temporary boutique role. Luxury jewellery retail, heritage brand representation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador of Chaumet to clients, articulating the Maison's 240+ year heritage and values of excellence and craftsmanship
  • Welcome and engage clients in accordance with Chaumet's ceremonial service principles, tailoring the sales approach to individual client profiles
  • Contribute to boutique commercial objectives by achieving individual and collective sales targets and supporting collective commercial success
  • Actively build and maintain the client database through creation, consultation, and regular updates of client files to support targeted loyalty initiatives
  • Participate in and support events and activations organized by the company to foster customer loyalty and boutique engagement
  • Apply security guidelines, payment procedures, and inventory management protocols consistently
  • Support visual merchandising, CRM systems, and after-sales service delivery in accordance with Chaumet standards
  • Attend regular briefings, exchange key boutique information with colleagues, and maintain active team collaboration
  • Manage after-sales service inquiries and address client requests with professionalism and expertise

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience in the luxury goods and jewellery sector
  • Strong commercial acumen and passion for retail environments
  • Demonstrated interest in fine jewellery and the Chaumet brand
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to listen and empathize
