Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Chaumet's values of excellence, craftsmanship, and Parisian heritage through all client interactions
- Deliver personalised client consultations, tailoring the sales approach based on individual client profiles and preferences
- Achieve individual and collective commercial objectives while contributing to the boutique's overall sales performance
- Develop and actively maintain the client database through accurate file creation, consultation, and regular updates
- Implement targeted customer loyalty initiatives aligned with company events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Assist with after-sales service enquiries and manage client requests with professionalism and care
- Apply security protocols, payment procedures, and stock management rules to ensure smooth operational standards
- Participate in regular boutique briefs and collaborate with colleagues on key operational updates
- Support visual merchandising, CRM system management, and staff training initiatives within the boutique
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a sales role within the luxury goods and jewellery sector
- Strong commercial acumen, ambition, and genuine passion for the retail environment
- Genuine interest in fine jewellery and Chaumet's brand heritage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to listen, empathise, and collaborate effectively within a team
- Impeccable integrity and proven ability to follow procedures and security protocols
- Cultural awareness and sophisticated storytelling ability with excellent written and oral communication in English
- Fluency in additional languages (Mandarin, French, or other European languages) is advantageous
