Chaumet is hiring a Sales Advisor in London — permanent on-site role representing the Maison in boutique sales and client development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador of the Maison: welcome clients according to Chaumet’s service ceremony, convey the brand story and adapt the offering to each client profile.
  • Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique commercial objectives and supporting team targets.
  • Develop and maintain the client database: create, consult and update client files and execute targeted loyalty actions tied to events and activations.
  • Support boutique operations: participate in briefs, apply security and payment procedures, follow stock management rules and assist with Visual Merchandising basics.
  • Provide after-sales support: receive after-sales clients and manage basic service requests in line with Chaumet standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role within luxury goods, preferably jewellery.
  • Commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet sales targets and a strong client-service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy and collaborative team spirit.
  • High standards of integrity and ability to adhere to security, payment and stock procedures.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a rare language (e.g. Mandarin) is a strong advantage.

Experience
