Chaumet — Paris: Retail Excellence Assistant (International) apprenticeship supporting retail performance, Power BI reporting and global store activation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse store sales performance and key KPIs; maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and regular performance reporting.
- Collect qualitative market feedback from regional teams to inform operational priorities and commercial actions.
- Support global store activation: assist with implementation and follow-up of store action plans, coordinate local incentive programmes and track the Mystery Shopping campaign.
- Co‑animate the worldwide retail community: prepare meeting minutes, build and maintain an animation calendar, propose engagement ideas and disseminate best practices between zones.
- Support retail operations projects: coordinate ongoing projects, help define and roll out new in‑store processes and draft retail procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master’s) programme or equivalent — business school, engineering school, IEP or university — eligible for alternance.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Strong commercial sensitivity with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Rigorous, autonomous, proactive with high analytical capacity; able to prioritise in a fast‑paced international environment.
- Team player with adaptability and cultural curiosity; available to work on site in Paris from September 2026.
