Chaumet Paris seeks a Retail Coordination Assistant internship to support European luxury jewelry retail operations and high jewelry strategy for six months starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and logistical support for high jewelry requests and initiatives across the European retail network
- Assist in the design and optimization of high jewelry assortments aligned with business needs and strategic direction
- Support the operational preparation and execution of high jewelry events and seminars for sales teams
- Contribute to network engagement and animation on high jewelry subjects
- Assist in the professionalization of the retail network through the implementation and monitoring of new processes
- Support operational aspects of boutique openings, including assortment planning for packaging, retail tools, and uniforms
- Perform KPI analysis, revenue tracking, and ad hoc business analyses
- Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing, expense reports, and operational requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus four or five years of study in management, commerce, engineering, or equivalent discipline
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ideally, SAP software experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Capability to prioritize competing demands and maintain a strategic perspective
