Chaumet Paris seeks Retail Coordination & Operations Assistant (internship, 6 months, March 2027). Support haute joaillerie and European retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational and logistical support for haute joaillerie requests and assortment planning across the European retail network
- Assist in the design and implementation of coherent haute joaillerie assortments aligned with commercial objectives
- Support operational preparation and animation of haute joaillerie events and network engagement initiatives
- Generate KPI analyses, sales reporting, and ad hoc commercial analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Aid in network professionalization through the implementation and monitoring of new operational processes
- Oversee assortment management for packaging, retail tools, and uniform inventory
- Manage administrative functions including invoice processing, expense reports, and general administrative requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, commerce, engineering, or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation development
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience with SAP systems preferred
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities in a dynamic environment
