Chaumet seeks IT Project Management Assistant on one-year apprenticeship in Paris, starting September 2026. Hybrid role supporting PMO and agile project delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members within the IT department, maintaining and updating onboarding documentation including organizational context, application mapping, and governance templates
- Consolidate monthly project status reporting for all IT department initiatives using established project management metrics and frameworks
- Support project chiefs in monitoring key project milestones, adhering to timelines, meeting protocols, and agile project management fundamentals across Front Office, Back Office, and Data teams
- Contribute to design, build, testing, and deployment preparation phases of active projects
- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge capitalization to secure end-to-end project management, operational maintenance, and support continuity
- Centralize and share project documentation via internal platforms including Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
- Facilitate governance and coordination activities within the Omnichannel community (~25 members), preparing meeting agendas, documentation, and action item tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Information Systems
- Technical profile strongly preferred, with background in Information Systems or data-related studies
- Proficiency with SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, filtering, aggregation functions)
- Understanding of IT system architectures and data flows between systems
- Knowledge of database management fundamentals including data extraction, transformation, data quality, and migration
- Salesforce Service Cloud (SFSC) experience is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English within an international context

Entry-level or newly graduated professionals are welcomed; strong motivation to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment is essential. Ability to integrate within IT teams and interact with diverse stakeholders across multiple subject areas is critical.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent university qualification (Master's degree in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Information Systems preferred).
