Chaumet Paris: Merchandising Assistant – Europe apprenticeship starting January 2027. Support retail operations and inventory optimization across European boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of assortments, stock levels, and sales performance across the Chaumet retail boutique network
- Develop and implement action plans to optimize retail results and ensure consistent product offering across stores, including stock transfers and rebalancing recommendations
- Provide daily stock support and operational assistance to boutiques across the region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics across the European retail network
- Contribute to the development of sales forecasts for the European zone
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses on collection performance, competitive landscape, and market trends
- Support cross-functional initiatives in media, CRM, and trade marketing as operational priorities require
Qualifications
- Master's degree student (Bac+5) or equivalent educational level
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail operations strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Demonstrated analytical mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Business-oriented perspective and commercial awareness
