Chaumet in Singapore seeks a Marketing and Communications Intern to support CRM, PR, events and administrative coordination (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate CRM gift inventory, manage delivery logistics and monitor usage across regional boutiques.
- Process CRM claims and maintain accurate records of client entitlements.
- Compile and organise information for in-store events, external activations and commercial partnerships; provide on‑ground support for client events and brand activations.
- Support product stock checks and availability for regional (SEA) shoots and liaise with boutiques to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with external agencies on administrative and logistical queries and assist with event and shoot coordination.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports (Press Review and MarComms Report) for HQ submission and support press days and media events.
- Handle vendor creation and system setup, manage invoice processing and tracking, and coordinate shipment of materials to boutiques.
- Provide general administrative and ad‑hoc support to the regional marketing and communications team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting client-facing events and liaising with agencies.
- Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and solid internet research abilities.

Suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior internships or academic projects in marketing, communications, events or CRM are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business.
