Chaumet Paris seeks Jewelry Sales Advisor (CDD) to represent the heritage Maison on Place Vendôme with client engagement and commercial expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Chaumet, communicating the Maison's 240+ year heritage and values of excellence through warm, sincere client interactions
- Conduct consultative sales by discovering client needs and providing curated product selections with genuine care and expertise
- Drive boutique commercial performance by meeting individual sales targets and contributing to the store's overall revenue objectives
- Build and maintain a proprietary client database through creation, review, and regular updates of client files
- Cultivate the client base by identifying post-sale opportunities, developing personal networks, and creating custom selections for Maison events and activations
- Collaborate actively with the team on collective boutique objectives, contributing ideas during team meetings and participating in store challenges and campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, client feedback, and operational metrics
- Maintain security protocols, cash register procedures, and stock management standards according to guidelines
- Support visual merchandising by constructing and maintaining window and counter displays in coordination with the Visual Merchandising team
- Manage inventory replenishment and maintain display items (marmottes) in liaison with Central Stock and network boutiques
- Coordinate after-sales service with the International Service Department
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of commercial or sales experience, preferably within luxury and jewelry retail
- Demonstrated passion for jewelry and specific knowledge of Chaumet's heritage and aesthetics
- Strong relational intelligence with capacity for active listening and empathy
- Cultural sensitivity and excellence in storytelling, both written and oral
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are valued
