Chaumet Paris seeks an IT Retail Project Manager to oversee CEGID Y2 POS systems for 96 boutiques across 5 global zones in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate resolution of Level 2 & 3 incidents in collaboration with internal teams and the shared external team at the Watches & Jewelry division, ensuring retail point-of-sale stability and proactive incident management
- Maintain privileged relationships with IT teams across all zones (APAC, Japan, China) and oversee compliance with latest non-functional requirements including CEGID Y2 version updates, regulatory compliance, security standards, and group policies
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize user evolution requests from boutique teams and house business units, translating them into clear user stories and managing backlog in collaboration with the external shared team
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement) and deliver quality project outcomes while serving as the privileged contact point for the house's backlog
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional project leaders on transverse initiatives (e.g., S4 deployment, new customer services, omnichannel integration) to identify POS impacts and coordinate necessary adaptations
- Establish and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; conduct and chair monthly Retail POS committee meetings with market teams and participate in quarterly W&J steering committees
- Maintain current functional and technical documentation, prepare release notes reflecting delivered changes, and support training initiatives for business teams during major deployments or system evolutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's +4/5 degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a technical-functional project manager in retail information systems within an international environment
- Demonstrated expertise with CEGID Y2 POS systems (fixed and mobile applications)
- Strong understanding of retail challenges, IT architectures, and omnichannel retail ecosystem
- Proven agile project management methodology with structure and discipline
- Leadership capability to federate cross-functional and external teams
- Acute customer service orientation with results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and priority-management skills with autonomy and proactivity in demanding environments

Experience
Minimum 5 years as a technical-functional project manager in retail information systems within an international environment, with hands-on experience managing POS systems across multiple geographies and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Education
Bachelor's degree +4/5 from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent qualification.
