Chaumet (LVMH) seeks an IT Finance Lead in Paris to drive SAP transformation and oversee finance application portfolio across luxury jewelry maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, challenge, analyze, and prioritize evolution requirements from finance end-users; co-author the IT Finance roadmap with business stakeholders and contribute to annual N+1 budget planning
- Lead monthly demand management reviews with all stakeholders, monitoring service levels and alignment with organizational objectives
- Establish and track project schedules and budgets; define and allocate IT resources; secure business stakeholder commitment and engagement
- Animate project committees and steering governance; identify, assess, and escalate project risks, dependencies, and alerts
- Coordinate workshops, status reports, communications, and activities necessary for solution implementation and deployment
- Lead finance initiatives within cross-functional group projects including S/4HANA deployments, new retail services, and group-level integrations
- Guide business teams through ideation, testing, and production phases with pedagogical and pragmatic support; maintain knowledge governance including knowledge updates, onboarding training, documentation, and operational procedures
- Ensure application portfolio stability through reactive incident management, continuous improvement implementation, and test automation governance
- Verify compliance with publisher guidelines, group standards, and security, integration, and infrastructure requirements
- Manage OPEX budgets encompassing licensing and maintenance; facilitate vendor, integrator, and LVMH group tool manager committees
- Collaborate across peer IT Finance leadership roles within Watches & Jewelry houses and broader LVMH organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/5 or equivalent (engineering school, business school, or comparable qualification)
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a functional IT project manager in the Finance domain; luxury sector experience valued
- Demonstrable expertise in SAP systems, particularly FI and CO modules; S/4HANA experience preferred
- Strong understanding of finance business processes, priorities, and operational challenges
- Knowledge of IT architecture and the functional scope of applications integrated with or adjacent to SAP
- Proven leadership and ability to federate cross-functional teams (internal and external)
- Fluency in both French and English in an international context
