Chaumet in Paris is hiring an International Learning Assistant (alternance) to design and coordinate retail training across markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support design, production and updating of retail training materials across formats (digital modules, speed training, in-person activities and workshops).
- Collect training needs from markets and adapt content to commercial rhythms (product launches, store openings, high-jewellery events, sales ceremonies) and multiple delivery formats.
- Develop and deploy in‑store activities and commercial challenges to reinforce product and sales knowledge.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day communication and project planning with local market teams, Retail Excellence, Marketing and CRM/Clienteling stakeholders.
- Monitor classroom training and e‑learning initiatives, gather feedback, produce post‑training reports and track KPIs.
- Contribute to the animation of the international Learning community: share news, best practices and learning chronicles.
- Provide operational support for the Haute Joaillerie 2027 event and other flagship initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program (Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication or Retail) within a work‑study/alternance framework.
- Business‑oriented mindset with strong customer service orientation and commercial sensibility.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills; strong editorial quality.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Rigour, organisation and effective interpersonal skills for cross‑border coordination.

Experience
Entry‑level (work‑study/apprenticeship). Ideally one prior retail experience or internship demonstrating knowledge of frontline retail operations and commercial priorities.
Education
Enrolled in a business school or university programme specialising in Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Communication or Retail (work‑study/alternance required).
