International Care Operations Manager at Chaumet (LVMH), Paris. Lead global after-sales operations across jewellery and watchmaking.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, and pilot the Maison's international Care activity across Jewellery, High Jewellery, and Watchmaking categories
  • Ensure consistent, demanding service levels compliant with Chaumet standards across the global network
  • Supervise worldwide after-sales requests processing, maintaining execution quality, deadline compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Care team, ensuring seamless coordination between operational priorities and transformation initiatives
  • Formalize, evolve, and deploy processes, standards, and operational frameworks necessary for service excellence
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyse Care activity performance, and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Harmonize practices, service levels, and warranty policies internationally
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement across the after-sales value chain
  • Support repairability, technical feasibility, and after-sales workflow preparation with relevant teams
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects impacting the function, including tools, supply chain, quality, and customer experience initiatives

Qualifications

  • Commercial or engineering school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of confirmed experience in similar roles, ideally acquired in jewellery, watchmaking, luxury, or high-service-demand environments
  • Proven management experience with demonstrated capability to align, structure, and develop teams
  • Solid grasp of after-sales service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction drivers
  • Aptitude for addressing both operational and structural challenges, including governance and transformation initiatives
  • Technical inclination and interest in complex product environments
  • Strong process formalization, performance tracking, and change management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with IT systems and marked interest in business transformation projects
  • Experience or strong interest in Salesforce and SAP environments
  • Fluent English
