Chaumet seeks International Care Director in Paris to lead global after-sales operations across jewelry and watchmaking categories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, structure, and pilot the international after-sales care activity across jewelry, fine jewelry, and watchmaking categories
  • Ensure consistent, demanding service levels aligned with Chaumet's standards across the entire global network
  • Oversee the processing of after-sales requests worldwide, monitoring execution quality, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead, support, and develop the five-person Care team, balancing operational demands with transformation initiatives
  • Formalize, refine, and deploy processes, reference materials, and operational procedures to drive performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze Care activity performance, and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Standardize practices, service levels, and warranty policies across international markets
  • Coordinate interactions with internal and external partners involved in the after-sales supply chain
  • Support repairability, technical feasibility, and after-sales workflow preparation initiatives
  • Contribute to cross-functional transformation projects affecting the function, including tools, supply chain, quality, and customer experience

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent program
  • Minimum eight years of confirmed experience in similar roles, ideally in jewelry, watchmaking, luxury, or high-service-requirement environments
  • Demonstrated management capability with a proven ability to unite, structure, and support a team
  • Strong grasp of after-sales service, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction priorities
  • Competence in both operational problem-solving and strategic structuring, monitoring, and transformation initiatives
  • Technical acumen and genuine interest in complex product environments
  • Proficiency in process formalization, performance tracking, and change management
  • Advanced facility with IT tools and a marked interest in systems transformation projects
  • Experience or strong aptitude with Salesforce and SAP environments
  • Fluent English

Experience
