Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the BI/DSI team to create and monitor client reports and KPIs using Power BI, especially during report migration.
  • Support various business teams with ad hoc analyses to guide decision-making using Dataiku.
  • Assist the Omnichannel team and regional offices with data extraction and monthly figure verification related to sales, outreach, GDPR, etc.
  • Monitor and track implemented AI projects and their KPIs.
  • Clean and prepare CRM data for better integration.
  • Adjust, create, and reassign data in close collaboration with the Omnichannel team.
  • Identify and correct data anomalies.
  • Support GDPR projects and data access initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Fluent in English.

Skills

Proficiency in Dataiku, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Knowledge of Salesforce. Proactive, autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical skills and a passion for numbers.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have some experience in data analysis, though beginners are welcome.

Education

Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Data, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics.

Workplace
