Chaumet Paris seeks Import-Export Coordinator Assistant intern (6 months, Jan 2027). Supply chain & logistics exposure in luxury jewelry. Levallois-based.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply incoterms and manage dossier documentation for shipments within assigned scope
- Monitor EU and third-country shipments to ensure compliance with timelines, costs, and customs procedures
- Maintain tracking systems and reports related to import-export operations
- Open dossiers and issue instructions to freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Organize and classify export-import documentation and compliance files
- Prepare country-specific formality documentation and regulatory filings
- Interface between internal departments, customs authorities, and external logistics providers to optimize procedures
- Coordinate with transporters and customs services on shipment progress and compliance issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent in International Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and manage stress
