Role & Responsibilities
- Manage dossiers within the assigned scope, ensuring the application of incoterms.
- Monitor the progress of all EU and third-country shipments, ensuring compliance with costs, timelines, and customs procedures.
- Maintain various tracking spreadsheets pertinent to the role.
- Contribute to the overall administrative duties of the department, including opening dossiers, providing instructions to freight forwarders, and organizing documents.
- Track exports and imports, and prepare documents related to country-specific formalities.
- Act as an interface between different company departments and external service providers, including customs and transport services.
- Optimize international logistics procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in International Logistics (Bac+3 or +4).
