Chaumet seeks an Import-Export Assistant Coordinator intern in Paris, Île-de-France for a 6-month role beginning September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process import and export documentation, applying appropriate incoterms and ensuring compliance with EU and third-country shipping procedures
- Monitor shipments throughout their lifecycle, maintaining cost efficiency, adherence to delivery timelines, and proper customs procedures
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets and administrative records related to the position
- Open import-export files and provide instructions to freight forwarders
- File and organize documentation and records systematically
- Prepare country-specific documentation and formalities
- Serve as the interface between internal departments and external logistics service providers, customs authorities, and carriers
- Identify opportunities to optimize international logistics procedures and workflows
Qualifications
- Holder of Bac+3 or Bac+4 qualification in International Logistics or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proactivity and collaborative spirit
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage stress effectively
- Analytical and synthetic thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English communication skills
- SAP knowledge preferred

Entry-level; no prior professional experience required. Candidates with academic coursework or project experience in international logistics or supply chain operations are preferred.
Education
Bac+3 or Bac+4 degree in International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
