Chaumet — Paris: Human Resources Assistant (Internship) supporting European recruitment and HR generalist activities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for junior profiles (interns and alternants): liaise with hiring managers, write and publish job postings, screen CVs, conduct interviews and extend offers autonomously.
- Support recruitment for CDD and CDI roles in France and abroad, including job ad drafting, CV selection and participation in interviews.
- Source candidates and maintain the talent pool: update candidate database, respond to spontaneous applications and perform active sourcing on professional social networks.
- Organize recruitment events and employer‑brand activities such as forums and recruitment days.
- Deliver HR generalist support across employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, probation follow‑ups, mobility, disciplinary and offboarding procedures.
- Design and animate initiatives for the intern/alternant community (integration days, school relations, assessment centres).
- Maintain and update HR reporting and SIRH data to ensure accurate workforce information.
- Handle HR administrative tasks (contract signatures, amendments) and coordinate training setups and partnerships with schools and training providers.
- Contribute to initiatives of the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence LVMH.
Qualifications
- Current student at Bac+4/5 or equivalent (Master’s level) in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related discipline.
- Strong interest and motivation for a career in Human Resources.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Excellent organisation skills and respect for confidentiality.
- Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Diplomacy and high emotional intelligence in stakeholder relations.
- Strong written communication and proficiency with the Pack Office.

Entry‑level internship targeted at students (Bac+4/5). No minimum professional experience required; previous exposure to recruitment or HR projects is advantageous.
Education
Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
