Chaumet Paris seeks HR Development Intern for 6-month contract starting January 2027. Training, engagement, and CSR focus within luxury jewelry house.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and independently manage the delivery of jewelry, onboarding, and safety training programs for headquarters staff; oversee relationships with training partners and budget monitoring
  • Manage the employee onboarding process for permanent and fixed-term hires; co-lead quarterly integration days for Paris teams
  • Develop and write quarterly training newsletter content to communicate learning opportunities and initiatives internally
  • Analyze and construct key performance indicators (KPIs) for training programs, including attendance and participant satisfaction metrics, to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
  • Co-lead a learning development project aligned with candidate interests—potentially including new training module development, exploration of innovative delivery formats, or optimization of existing learning pathways
  • Maintain active market surveillance of training trends and industry providers to identify innovation and continuous improvement opportunities for Chaumet's programs
  • Support the annual performance review campaign using the RISE performance management tool; provide user support and coordinate targeted communications
  • Participate in the analysis of Pulse Survey results (company engagement survey), communicate findings to stakeholders, and help develop action plans to strengthen team engagement
  • Contribute to the rollout and promotion of Career Compass, LVMH Group's 360° career development program, through events, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Collaborate on targeted initiatives for skills and career development, particularly supporting Retail teams in France and internationally
  • Implement and track Diversity & Inclusion roadmap priorities: disability inclusion, LGBTI+ community support, gender equity, and socioeconomic and cultural diversity
  • Co-facilitate the internal Diversity & Inclusion Committee and help organize flagship events such as International Women's Day and Pride Month celebrations
  • Participate in health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives; support preventive health campaigns and mental health awareness
  • Support internal communications and employer branding projects as development interests and business needs align

Qualifications

  • Student currently enrolled in business school, Sciences Po, or equivalent university program with HR specialization
  • Strong interest in HR development and employee engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at working in project mode with strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and collaborative mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
