Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Senior HR Manager and business leaders to align HR activities with regional business objectives and retail priorities.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR enquiries, providing pragmatic guidance on day‑to‑day people matters.
  • Support talent acquisition activities, working with the HR Coordinator to source, screen and onboard retail and corporate candidates.
  • Contribute to talent development initiatives, including manager coaching materials, performance reviews, and individual development plans.
  • Drive employee engagement and inclusion initiatives across the Middle East region in line with Chaumet and LVMH standards.
  • Assist the administration and communication of the performance management cycle and provide guidance on appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Support change initiatives, including communication plans and the implementation of new HR processes and systems.
  • Help ensure compliance with local labour regulations, health & safety requirements and DEI objectives.
  • Collect and analyse HR data to track KPIs and prepare reports for regional leadership and corporate stakeholders.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employer branding, CSR activities and regional HR programmes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to generalist activities; experience in luxury retail, jewellery or fashion preferred.
  • Fluent English; Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of core HR practices including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative and eager to learn, with strong organisational attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial retail environment and adapt to regional regulatory contexts.

Experience

2–3 years of HR generalist experience, ideally with exposure to luxury retail, jewellery or fashion; prior involvement in regional HR activities or working with Middle East markets is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
