Chaumet seeks HR Administrator intern/alternant in Paris for 6-month role supporting personnel administration and payroll operations, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employee administrative records and documentation
- Assist with hiring formalities and employee onboarding processes
- Manage administrative movements of personnel, including registrations and deregistrations with external providers (health insurance, provident schemes, occupational health, meal vouchers)
- Issue HR attestations and correspondence (employment contracts, amendments, certificates)
- Update employee records in the payroll management system
- Maintain and update personnel reporting dashboards (staff movements, headcount lists)
- Process workplace accident declarations and manage absence tracking
- Coordinate occupational health visits and medical appointments
- Execute HR communications initiatives, collect signed documents, and maintain organized employee files
- Support new employee onboarding and integration
- Respond to routine employee requests with team support
- Produce tracking reports on personnel movements
Qualifications
- Student enrolled in an HR programme at Bac+2/3 level or equivalent
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn
- Strong team collaboration and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Flexibility and adaptability with strong prioritization skills

Entry-level. Ideal candidate will have prior exposure to payroll management or HR administration, though not required.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed an HR-focused degree programme at Bac+2/3 level or equivalent vocational qualification.
