Chaumet is seeking a High Jewelry Product Manager on a fixed-term contract (CDD) at its Paris headquarters, reporting to the Group Manager within Marketing. The role leads the creation and development of High Jewelry Signatures collections, product communications and coordinated 360° marketing plans, while overseeing sales analysis and managing an intern or apprentice.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the creation and development process in close collaboration with the Creative Studio and High Jewelry Development, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams, including creative briefs, specifications, scoping meetings covering cost objectives, price positioning, margins and forecasts, and quotation and final pricing follow-up.
- Develop product narratives and sales-support tools with the International Learning team, including collection books, activation plans and product sheets, and organize product photography shoots with the Content team.
- Co-coordinate 360° marketing plans with the Group Manager and the Content, Digital and Media, Press, Visual Merchandising, Events, CRM and Learning teams.
- Present new products to headquarters and market contacts at Marketing and Ambassador Seminars.
- Participate in the Maison’s international High Jewelry event.
- Monitor and analyze sales of new products and the range.
- Analyze competitors’ key launches and occasionally present findings orally.
- Share responsibility with the team for marketing budget management and the organization of Business Reviews.
- Manage an intern or apprentice.
Qualifications
- Higher education in marketing, business or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience in marketing and product development, excluding internships and apprenticeships, ideally in luxury, jewelry, watches or high jewelry.
- Strong sensitivity to products, aesthetics and exceptional craftsmanship.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills and rigor to manage several complex projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
- Fluent English is essential; knowledge of another language is an asset.

At least 5 years of experience; significant marketing and product development experience, excluding internships and apprenticeships.
Education
Higher education in marketing, business or an equivalent field.
