Chaumet seeks experienced High Jewellery Client Advisor for London boutique; luxury sales and business development role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate Chaumet's heritage, values, and expertise to clientele, delivering the Maison's distinctive in-boutique experience in accordance with brand standards
- Prospect and cultivate new high-net-worth clients across multiple channels and touchpoints; develop and expand the high jewellery client portfolio through targeted business development
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets whilst contributing to overall boutique commercial performance and revenue objectives
- Maintain and actively develop the client database through creation, consultation, and regular updating of client files to support relationship management and targeted loyalty initiatives
- Implement customer retention strategies through participation in company events, activations, and bespoke client engagement programmes
- Participate in daily team briefings and collaborative exchanges regarding boutique developments; ensure compliance with security protocols, payment procedures, and stock management protocols
- Develop operational competency in CRM systems, after-sales service protocols, and boutique support functions to strengthen team capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of professional sales experience in luxury goods or high jewellery, including at least 4 years specializing in high jewellery or ultra-luxury segments
- Minimum 4 years of documented experience in client prospection and business development
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a substantial high-net-worth client portfolio
- Proven networkinG capability and strong client relationship management experience
- Strong cultural awareness, storytelling ability, and excellence in written and oral communication
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is advantageous
