Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation and launch of e-commerce operations in new markets, particularly Japan and Korea, including needs assessment with regional teams and local specification identification
• Collaborate with CRM campaign manager to design and deploy CRM communications (newsletters and automated journeys) via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Manage product presentation, positioning, and searchandising on the e-commerce platform to optimize visibility and discoverability; participate in new product launches on Shopify
• Coordinate daily logistics operations with delivery partners, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure optimal order tracking, returns, and refund management
• Support product feed configuration and optimization via Lengow for marketing campaigns; analyze and improve search performance and customer discovery pathways

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduate of a Bac +4/+5 commerce school or equivalent university program
• Prior internship or work-study experience in e-commerce, CRM, or digital project management
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital commerce and omnichannel strategy
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with client-oriented mindset
