Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance reporting tools and maintain KPI historical records
  • Monitor firm customer orders and track market results and performance indicators for Japan and Middle East regions
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned regional markets
  • Develop and optimize the Anaplan distribution platform
  • Co-manage current and future distribution team projects
  • Support headquarters departments with asset provision for product shoots and personal acquisitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +4/+5 from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
  • Meticulous, intellectually curious, and proactive mindset with comfort in dynamic environments
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proven ability to contribute constructively to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrable comfort managing numerical data
  • Prior experience with BI tools and Anaplan is a significant asset
