Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance reporting tools and maintain KPI historical records
- Monitor firm customer orders and track market results and performance indicators for Japan and Middle East regions
- Serve as primary contact for assigned regional markets
- Develop and optimize the Anaplan distribution platform
- Co-manage current and future distribution team projects
- Support headquarters departments with asset provision for product shoots and personal acquisitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +4/+5 from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme
- Meticulous, intellectually curious, and proactive mindset with comfort in dynamic environments
- Strong analytical capabilities and proven ability to contribute constructively to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrable comfort managing numerical data
- Prior experience with BI tools and Anaplan is a significant asset
