Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate imports from non-EU subsidiaries and suppliers by instructing customs clearance procedures and tracking delivery and customs declarations
  • Manage French customs transit notifications and ensure compliance with international trade regulations
  • Conduct internal customs audits on import and export operations
  • Organize arrivals of merchandise from Belgian and Italian suppliers, communicating hallmarking instructions and managing warehouse deliveries
  • Create and analyze customs and logistics reports using business intelligence tools on a daily basis
  • Monitor and optimize customs processes using BI analytics to identify efficiencies
  • Update monthly exchange rates in SAP system
  • Prepare monthly declarations of goods exchanges
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and logistics steering committees

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in Master's program in International Law, Customs and Transport, International Trade and Export Marketing, or International Exchange Management
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong analytical skills and data acumen related to import-export operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated interest in international trade law and regulations
