Chaumet (LVMH) seeks Content Project Manager in Paris for 6-month contract role overseeing strategic editorial and heritage content production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, adapt, and declinate editorial content for diverse channels and audiences while maintaining the Maison's editorial charter, tone, and messaging in alignment with Marketing, Press, Events, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Heritage, Corporate/CSR, Training, Exhibitions and related departments
- Oversee operational management of proofreading, validations, translations, and stakeholder feedback cycles
- Contribute to the brand magazine editorial production
- Update, deploy, and ensure consistent application of strategic planning tools in accordance with the Brand Book guidelines
- Coordinate operational execution of brand magazine and book projects with external agencies, publishers, and internal teams, including layouts, design tracking, translation oversight, photography shoot coordination (scheduling, team logistics, asset management, deliverables tracking), and production monitoring
- Manage production logistics, distribution, and deliverable tracking under the supervision of the Senior Content Project Manager
- Coordinate photo and video content production showcasing the Maison's Heritage, from brief intake through final delivery, including retroplanning, contributor coordination, production tracking, pre- and post-production, and approval circulation
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project parameters
- Mentor and guide the intern through daily tasks, ensuring successful integration, knowledge transfer, and progressive autonomy development
- Organize and coordinate the intern's daily task allocation in line with team priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in editorial project management or content creation, ideally within the luxury sector or a communications/publishing agency
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in both French and English
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodology
- Comprehensive understanding of graphic design and production workflows including publishing, photography, and video
- Strong mentoring and leadership capability
- Proven ability to work autonomously and with proactivity
