Chaumet Paris seeks Content Project Manager (6-month contract) to manage heritage editorial projects, publications, and brand content coordination. Full-time on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Write, adapt, and repurpose editorial content across multiple channels and audiences while maintaining the House's editorial charter, tone, and brand voice in alignment with Marketing, Press, Events, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Heritage, Corporate Affairs/CSR, Training, Exhibitions, and other departments
- Manage operational reviews, validations, translations, and stakeholder coordination throughout the content development cycle
- Contribute to brand magazine editorial content and publishing initiatives
- Coordinate operational logistics for brand publications and books in partnership with external agencies, publishing houses, and internal teams, including project timelines, design tracking, translation supervision, and shooting coordination
- Manage production logistics, distribution, and deliverable tracking under the supervision of the Senior Content Project Manager
- Oversee end-to-end coordination of heritage-focused photography and video content from brief intake through final delivery, including project planning, contributor coordination, production monitoring, pre/post-production management, and approval circulation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project scope
- Mentor and support the apprentice in daily task execution, integration into the team, transmission of working methodologies, and progressive development of autonomy
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of strategic planning tools in accordance with the Brand Book guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in editorial project management or content production, preferably within the luxury sector or at a communications/publishing agency
- Exceptional written communication in both French and English
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of the publishing supply chain and production processes (print, photography, video)
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration abilities
